Please join the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi for their inaugural lecture on Wednesday, April 25, at 6:00 p.m. in the Fine Arts Recital Hall. His talk will also address the importance of soft skills along with the ethical and real-life dilemmas posed in government service.

The lecture is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served and UMBC/UMB students present can enter a raffle for a Kindle Fire following the lecture.
